Declaran culpable a Alejandro Gutiérrez, excolaborador de Duarte

Alejandro Gutiérrez Gutiérrez, quien fungiera como secretario nacional del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) y colaborador de César Duarte en Chihuahua, fue hallado culpable por el desvío de un millón 740 mil pesos al erario público por medio de la simulación de prestación de servicios.

La Fiscalía General del Estado de Chihuahua informó que la investigación ministerial dentro de la Operación Justicia para Chihuahua estableció que Alejandro Gutiérrez y diversos exfuncionarios, entre el 20 y 23 de diciembre de 2015, llevaron a cabo la contratación de los servicios, facturaron y pagaron a través de dos empresas de su propiedad.

Se reunieron diversos servidores públicos y acordaron la forma de efectuar la distracción del dinero, estableciendo que lo viable era a través de dos contratos de prestación de servicios que implicaría la división del monto total, mediante dos pagos para realizarlos como una compra directa.
